Appraise these wheels

I am looking to purchase new wheels but need to sell my old wheels first to get the funds. Can someone give me some advice on the real market avg. for these rims? I have received a quote from a website called wheel warehouse for $160 a wheel.

If there clean and not scratched up at all and you have a full set you could easily get 200 a piece for them specially selling them individually to people who have damaged one of there factory aluminum wheels.

you could post on your sale something like 250 a piece or 800 for all 4 or something to that effect see what you get.. who knows the value of anything anymore with inflation as bad as it's getting
 
Unfortunately, they are not worth much. 200 seems about right. You can go look in the classifieds to see plenty of examples around that price. Try tacomaworld; these may be sr5 wheels for the 4runner (limited for 03' and 04, ya I know), but they are the more sought after trd sport wheels for the second gen Tacoma. You probably won't get more money for them over there, but I think you have a bigger market..

This. The TacomaWorld guys love these wheels because they are the "top of the line" so to speak on those trucks. Good luck with sale!
 
Who balanced those? You shouldn't have weight in two different spots. Someone didn't know what they were doing. You should have only one weight and it will be about about half the size of the big one. I hope they don't leave a mark when they are pulled off. That will also bring the value down a little.
 
That balance is fail for sure!! screams walmart. If your in canada those wheels are worth about 400 for 4 usa 250
 
$200 apiece? Yeah. Maybe at the dealer!

They're used wheels. I'd say at most $125 apiece. They're sitting idle on eBay at about $120, recent sells around $100.
 
I sold two sets of four of those wheels. Neither set was in perfect shape and had their share of scratches, curb scrapes, etc. Both local sales, $300 for the first set (rims only) $400 for the second set (with like-new tires). I haven't seen many others sell for as much as I have. A local sale is your best bet.
 
If I were to post them on tacomaworld what should I Title the ad to attract the most attention? I think someone said that Because apparently theses wheels are the more sought after sport wheels for the second gen tacos I could get more money or offers for them over there.
 
I sold my set individually over a 4 month period for 200 a piece, they were used yes but no scratches. made 800 bucks to go towards the rims an tires i have now. My local tire shop offered me 250 for the whole set... I'm not saying someone on here would pay that for them (nor would I) but there are folks out there that find a new clean rim to replace there curb'd ones a great value at 200 a piece..

I just ran an add on craigslist stating i had multiple toyota factory rims for sale and waited for the fish to bite :biggrin2:
