Approximate cost of factory installed cd/tape deck?

My '98 Runner just had a tape deck only. I was looking to purchase a factory model tape/cd for about $120 on ebay. How much should I expect to pay in regards to installation?

I may be interested in one that is available as well. Our three CD changer was great until it closed and broke. I 'd like to use a single slot CD player if it's compatable. I don't know if the guts back there connect from year to year or not.
