ARB Bumper

That is the ugliest 5th gen bumper I have seen so far. ARB might get points for durability and usability but they fail on aesthetics. :barf:
i'll second that. i'm very interested in the OME suspension, but that bumper is just awful. and i agree with the previous poster who wrote that with the 2010's squared-off styling they should have come up with a design in better keeping with that aesthetic. this bumper looks just as weird, wonky and pasted-on as the 4G version. :nono:

good business opportunity for Demello! :D

didn't think the OME package was ready yet... thought yours was a toytec kit, hawk?

I did OME coils in the front, im running toytec rear coils, but the front ones worked just fine.

Edit: OME didn't have a kit available when I got my lift, but I decided to guinea pig my own package and the coils worked just fine.

Thanks for posting it up Sam...but I'm with them.....nothing like I had anticipated...thought for sure it would look sooooooo much better from ARB

:artist2: back to drawing board....

Still gotta love the comfort of having the ARB on the front. Does any body know anything about Shrockworks or Demello's release date?

Dont know the release date but I can tell you that the Demello bumper is done and has been sent out for the paint job. The only reason I know this is because its my 4R he is working on and should have it back next week.

That's not his truck.

Closer pics would help, but first impressions are that i'm not very impressed. Looks like it's going to fit about the same as the 4th Gen bumpers. The 4th Gen bumpers are very blocky and don't fit the contours of the truck very well.

More pictures might reveal otherwise

Totally agree that bumper looks terrible hopefully shrockworks will come out with something soon?

Good thing they supplied a winch on that bumper. They're gonna need it with those tires!

:fro:

oh yea.... that bumper is fugly. so sry ARB, I can't lie.

Gotcha, Thanks. Definitely post some pics when you get it back. Looking forward to seeing it.

Right now that would be 1.

For the release date on the ARB... They are taking it to SEMA and after that it will be "official"

I like ARB and their products. I'm pretty sure I'll get one sooner or later.

it would be nice if ARB updates the pic .. would like to see what it looks like with something other than street tires .. maybe some mud terrains ... I to like ARB products

When I took mine down to the Renton office in March, they mentioned they had a "delivery lady" who had brought hers by already. Probably the same 5th Gen.

It would be nice to see it without the bull bar and just the bumper. Its got potential but needs the bar to go with the line of the grill. Im going to keep my eye on this one.

Why is it smiling at me?? What is it trying to say??

It's got some kind of snake tongue, too. I suspect with all those lights on, you'd need that heavy duty bumper for the deer or moose who would freeze in their tracks. Mind you, you could see them from about a 100 miles away.
