I just replaced my stock Dunlops last month w/48k miles on them. They were actually pretty decent tires for normal daily driving. Mine wore perfectly even eventhough I've only rotated them twice. There was enough tread left for another 8-10k miles and I'm a pretty aggressive driver. I normally run them @ 38psi front, 35psi rear. I have tried 41/38, but the ride was a bit firmer.
Now on to the Revos, I went with the 265/70/17s instead of 65s, so the size difference may have a slight influence on the ride characteristics. I've noticed that the ride is a bit more jitterish & stiffer compared to the Dunlops (comparable to running the Dunlops at 43-45psi). Cornering grip seems better though. Road noise is slightly higher, but not by much. After a month with the Revos, I can't really tell the difference anymore unless I swap the old Dunlops back on. My city mpg is down a bit, but highway mpg is about the same, but then again I did go with the 70s instead of 65s. The speedo is off slightly also, it shows 77mph when I'm doing 80. The proof: I was on the highway driving side by side with a new Civic with the digital speedo. Hers showed 80, mine 77. BTW: Bridgestone is having a special this month (til the end of Sept I think) and its $50 off a set of 4 Revos. Last month I (and a few others on this t4r.org) got the buy 3 get 1 free deal. I paid $662.xx out the door including the full warranty which replaces the tire with a new one if it gets damaged or worn, no proration at all.
