Are power window motors interchangeable?

I've owned my 03 since new and 90% of the time I'm the only in it and using only the drivers side window. When I park it in the garage, always leave drivers window down, etc.. So, that motor has performed thousands of ups/downs since new whereas the rear motors probably don't have 100 cycles on them and the passenger window not that many either.

So, before the drivers side motor burns out someday, are the motor interchangeable? Could I take the drivers side rear window motor and swap it and basically have a new motor for the next 17 years? Part numbers appear the same with the exception of the letter at the end?

Actually the front right window motor and the left rear window motor are the same part numbers, but the left front and right rear are different part numbers, not sure why those two doors have different part numbers but the other two doors are the same part number, it could have something to do with the auto up and down function but I would think that function would be in the window switch and not the motor....but it's possible that the right rear may work in the driver's door.

That all pertains to just the motors you also have the window regulator that can go bad as well, the regulator is the mechanical "linkage" part of the power window that the motor drives, many time the regulator/s wear out before the motors but not always, all 4 doors window regulators all have different part numbers and wouldn't be interchangeable.
