im in wyoming but bought my runner in utah.
i have a stock front bumper ( and soon a rear) that are professionally painted black that im not using. the front has 4 small holes where i had lights mounted.

What year runner do you have??? He has the style that uses the flat mounting plate. It is a fat lip as well and I believe it was used on 99-02

Just make one out of cardboard bro. It'll be easier to repair and look almost as good. Make it easier to remove too! Might want to laminate the cardboard though...

Get a new runner, put a addicted bumper on that one and take the stock one from the new one and put it on the old one for sentimental value
