Are these alignment results anything to worry about?

I just got new tires and it was driving really strange. I had it aligned and it's better but still a bit of away on the interstate. The new tire is a 285 which is rubbing the pan hard bar so I don't know if that would affect it. I'm just trying to find out if the thrust angle and toe is within normal range. Especially in the rear.

The caster is way too low. It should be 2.7 to 4 degrees. It's going to wander badly with caster that low. Does it have a lift? If so, you may need after market upper control arms to get the caster in line.

Do some searching for posts involving alignment issues. There's a ton of info on this forum.

fj springs and 5100 on stock uca, can have the caster set close to 3.
let the tech know that the number has to be close.

I went back to Firestone because I have a lifetime alignment there. They told me that they would not mess with caster and it could make my car not drive straight. Thyley said they would not be responsible if it does not drive properly after adjusting caster. I'm pretty sure this is bullshit I called another shop and they said they should be able to align it to spec.

take it to another store, just need a good tech to do the job, i had the same thing happen to me when i took it to a goodyear chain store. told me the tech couldnt do it, even for a master tech. so i took it back to my regular guy since the store only open monday to saturday and told him that everyone with the same setup had the caster close to 3. he put my caster at 3.2

They may also not adjust caster/camber if your lower control arm cam bolts are seized. It's very common and usually have to be cut out to be replaced so it's kind of a pain. I would recommend aftermarket upper control arms to get higher caster, 3.5+ degrees feels more stable with the lift and 285/70-17. What do you mean your tire is rubbing your panhard? That's the bar in the rear that runs from right frame rail to left side of axle, do you mean the tire is rubbing the upper control arm in the front? Another reason to get aftermarket upper control arms.

What kind of alignment shop "won't mess with caster"? That's like a tire shop saying they won't mess with wheel balancing. Caster is a fundamental part of alignment. I can see issues if the LCA cam bolts are seized, but they should have told you that, rather than just say they won't do it. Definitely find another shop, and scratch that one off your list.
