are these things bad?

First two look normal.

Second two look like an engine leak dripping down to steering rack and maybe a meaning steering rack but can't say for sure which or what.

Last looks like a leaking rear axle seal

All fixable with time and your effort, or money depending on which route you take.

I know these things can't be too good... Can anyone help me and tell me what the problems are so I can fix them?

1.No your body mount bushing are supposed to look that way.
2. your steering rack look fine, it just looks like fluid is dripping from up above, say Valve cover gaskets leaking. you can just tighten them up for starters.
3. your rear axle seal needs to be replaced, they tend to give at around 100,000 miles, because i can see is drip at the bottom of your dust shield means that they have been leaking for a while and have gotten pretty bad so yes do them first.
Another thing that might come along with those axle seals are rear axle barrings, if the barring wear out then create slop in the X and Y axes then that destroys the seals. so something else to be aware of.
Hope this helps! none of that is too hard of a job in its own. (besides axle barrings)
