Hoping to do mine up this weekend. Keeps being 50+ when I work and barely breaking 40 when I am off so the truck suffers.
Got all new products to wash, prep, polish, and wax the beast up. Then I have to do the wife's Subie up nice.

So, being there right in the middle of it all, maybe you can shed some light on an issue that has been bothering me for months. If Obama is the "Change" candidate, and started out railing against the old boy network of government, how is it that he can bask in the glow of the endorsement of the Kennedys - one of the worst, most corrupt, rules don't apply to us, snobby, blue-blood, elitest political families that ever was?

Looks like a good chance of rain this weekend with it being fairly cool for this time of year. So no cleaning up the 4Runner this weekend either.
Truck's looks are killing me. Might at least get to wash it with Dawn tomorrow to get the base done adn go from there next week when it is nicer.

Because politicians are useless, slimy, lying, coniving, sneaky bas****s who will outright lie to your face while lifting your wallet to take something for themselves.
In Massachusetts - as long as your name is Kennedy, you will never lose an election. Hell, as long as you are a Democrat, you will never lose an election. Which of course explains the despicable state of affairs here - there are less than a dozen Republicans in the legislature out of over a hundred, with a moron as the governor who is also a Dem.

I am also not a republican - much more of a libertarian. As I said, politicians are useless and will do whatever it takes to get elected. Obama is the candidate of change, but takes on all the insiders as backers. Just further proof of his own hypocracy, and the hypocracy of politicians in general.
