yea but i want the wheels to stick out more, ive got a 3" toytec bilstein ultimate with schrockworks bumper i want some thing wider and more aggressive

you might want to send harper a pm, but I think the correct configuration is the 4.5" backspacing, 8" wide wheel. I'm not sure if the mojave comes in any other configuration at 17".

pm sent.....What tires are you planning on running. I personally would stick with 17's as you have alot more tire choices and prices are cheaper then 18's.

i was gonna go with the mojave 18x9.5 -24 offset with 295 70 r18 but only tire available is the nitto terra grappler

but im open, just really like the 8 hole look in some dark color either black or grey

I wish there was a good looking wheel in 20x9 that was all black without shiny chrome/silver hardware.

I really like MHT Fuel Gauge wheels, but that silver hardware is not my cup of tea.

Can someone confirm the following Mojave fitment information for our trucks (will be mounting 285/70/17 tires):

Maker: American Racing
Model: ATX Mojave Teflon Wheels
Size: 17x8 Boltpattern 6x5.5 (6x139.7)
Offset: 0
Backspacing: 4.5
Hub Bore: 108
Part Number: AX39817883

Most of this I got from a former Harper7 post, but wanted to confirm with anyone else that this is indeed the correct part number? TIA.

Showing them off based on above specs. which I ordered. With the ICON suspension and TC UCA's aligned to factory settings, and mounted with GoodYear 285/70/17 Duratrac's, these bolted right on (no spacers) and rubbed in front only on two places at full lock in reverse: 1) extended mud flap piece at rear of wheel well (pops off the bigger mud flap piece to solve rubbing), and 2) front inside of liner at front of wheel well (real minor - will figure out how to solve next weekend).

I opted for new TPMS sensors so the old, original wheels still have theirs; and bought the black chrome ET bolts from Wheeler Offroad along with spline socket.

I'm really liking these. They're in my future.

Moving Chicane what brand are your black wheels?

My wheels ARE the American Racing ATX Mojave w/Teflon coating wheels as spec'd in my post above. I didn't care for either set of center caps provided by my guy, so I painted the center hub with some steel-gray automotive krylon spray paint (or similar).... I think I still have the can if you need me to look that up.

:hatsoff: Those are what I've had on my Jeep for the last 5 years. Great wheels. If you get mud on them, most of the time the mud just falls off. But, they are easy breazy to keep clean.

Recommendation: re-torque after 500 miles every time you get them rotated.

I like those wheels . Almost look like factory TE wheel style. Look easy to keep looking clean.

Why would you have to re torque the wheels after rotate ? Is that specific to these wheels ? I've never re torqued my factory wheels after rotating and never had an issue.
