Auto Climate Control Repair Services

Hello! I recently purchased John's services for my 3rd Gen's climate control and LED bulb upgrade, and the results are amazing! Please contact John at [email protected] and if you want your LED bulb light repair, it's an additional service charge, and the results are great! You can ask what colors he has and he will send you examples. It was a quick turnaround time for everything. Pricing for his repair service is great as well!

Thanks for posting in this thread. I've been putting this off for years and glad to hear he's still in business.

If your climate control module is possessed, John is your exorcist. So stoked he is still doing this rehab - don't sleep on it if you have issues. He did mine in a day (after he received it on the east coast) and I just popped it back in on my lunch hour. I am so stoked to have control of my CCM again. Thank you John - you make these forums worthwhile.

I sprayed electric contact cleaner into the rheostats for the temperature and fan speed. It fixed it completely. This may be what the repair services do. I used "Deoxit" brand cleaner I already had on hand.

It's worth a try for very low cost or maybe no cost at all if you have already have some contact cleaner.

DeoxitD5 is good stuff I use it on lots of stuff it's safe for plastics but it's not going to fix broken solder joints that occur.
John provides a great service hope he keeps doing it. Don't use any OL' contact cleaner you have around.

If you open your unit up, a new main LED makes a world of difference.

Thanks, I went OE. Bright lights in my dash are the last thing I want. I even changed the PRND21 lights to lower wattage due to long night commutes.

I hadn't really taken into consideration that my TEQ modular mount completely obscures the LCD on the CC unit. This is the view from the driving position. LOL

'Non-OEM' Green. A little more green than the factory hue. I can't take a good picture with my broken phone lens or otherwise. Nice to have heat again in this Acrtic-like 55 degrees.

Is this service still being offered? I have a 2002 with manual controls that needs help!

You need to quote or "mention" him which will notify him and get his attention or else he may not see your post/question!

I will mention him so he hopefully will see your question....
