Auto Climate Control Servo Motor Replacement

Hello,
I need to replace the auto climate control servo motor in my 2006 Toyota 4Runner Limited and was wondering if anyone could tell me where it is located, so I can decide to change it out myself or take it to a shop. The parts department at my local Toyota dealership said it was part # 8710635170 and the price is $191.00. I found this part online for $120.00, so if I can change it out myself then I'll save money from paying labor.

I located the servo motor on the driver side and passenger side. The driver side arm on the motor is moving fine when adjusting the temp but not on the passenger side. The servo motor on the passenger side is the more difficult one to access and screw heads are facing the center console which the center console, glove box, air filter would need to be removed. Looks like I'll have to take it to my mechanic.

The issue I'm having is when I crank the car and run the a/c I get warm temp air blowing out of the driver side vents and cold air from the passenger vents. When I was increasing or decreasing the temp and watching the arm movement on the servo driver side location it works fine. On the passenger side doing the same test there was no movement from the servo arm. I don't know much about these servo motors, but to me it would make sense that they both function in the same manner.

Is this the part that controls what the temperature accuracy. Say the drivers side is set to 72 and passenger 74. Does this control that?
