Hi,
I have a 2004 SR5 v6 with what I believe to be the RS3200+ alarm. When I put the key in and turn it to the on position, all the doors lock. When I turn the key off only the driver door unlocks. Ideally I would like to make it unlock all doors when I take the key out, and do nothing when I put the key in.
Is this a function of the car itself or the RS3200 alarm? If it is the alarm doing it, is that a feature that can be turned off? I have found RS3200 manuals and none of them mention it in the programming settings.
I have tried adjust the auto locking feature per the manual. I can only get "option A" to turn on and off, that is locking when the gear lever is moved from park. Right now I have it turned off.
I cant get any of the other options to work. I am pretty sure I am doing the procedure correctly, because I can turn "option A" on and off at will.
I think "option B" would at least solve part of my problem, as it will unlock all doors when the gear selector goes back into park.
Thanks in advance.
