auto locking doors?

i have a 05 sr5 and i have unlocked my door. when i was inside my house. and by the time it took me to walk to it. the doors locked. i seen the lights flash.. like they would when you lock them yourself. my mom has a camry and that does it to. its a real pain when you have a bunch of stuff in your hands. does anyone elts have this problem?

the doors automatically lock back after thirty seconds if you don't open the door. it's a security feature, say in case you put your keyes down and the button gets pushed accidently

You have a choice between 30 or 60 seconds autolock interval according to the owner's manual. afaik, only the dealer can change it; haven't found the way yet to change that autolock interval myself.
