Wondering the same thing. Just got a new 2015 TEP and have some Lightforce 170 Strikers and a Unibar off my old truck. Would love to put those on the new 4Runner but have not found anyone making a good mount without redoing the whole bumper. Was thinking I might be able to trim unbar and mount right behind license plate, but I think it would be too flimsy and the lights would rattle around. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

They are pricy but I'm quite happy with my rigid industries grills. How much lighting do you want? The sr20 in the upper has rendered my high beams mostly obsolete given the output. The lower grill is really nice, I have Amber spots in there but if you put some D2's in that it would be real sharp with the trail front end. If I had to do it over I might skip the upper grill and get a bigger light bar for the roof, but I may do that at some point anyway, haha

Those light cannons are awesome but much harder to find space on the pre 14 models, I suppose one advantage of the massive grill those guys have. You might also consider a rigid E series in the lower grill, someone mounted one there and posted up pics and it looked sweet. You would have to search around the sire for it, I think he had a video as well!

I would also spend $50 and upgrade your stock high and low beam bulbs to the H9/9011 bulbs. I did and it's a great, easy, fast, reliable, and cheap way to increase light output.
I got no benefit for aesthetics of hanging lights on the front (lusting after the visionx's) but honestly, I don't think I NEED them now.
I upgraded for deer and other night-time county highway critters.

have they worked out the hood spacing issue with the CBI brackets?

I recently installed CBI Ditch brackets and I will have the LED's mounted soon. Will post pics.
any fitment issues? did your hood align properly?

on the 4th Gens... the only fitment issue is that the cbi ditch bracket directions tell you to leave off the side cover trim pieces (not sure if the 5th gen have these same trim pieces or not...). I didn't like the way it looked with the bottom of the w/s exposed on the sides so I notched out the pieces around the bracket, which required more time but gave it a more finished look. The hood isn't removed so there are no alignment issues (the bracket gets mounted on top of the hood bracket base and longer bolts are used) as long as you're careful and do one side at a time. In other words, if there are alignment issues its the installers fault, not the brackets fault..
It helps a lot to have a 2nd par of hands to hold the hood open and in place while the bracket is getting installed/bolts are getting swapped out.
It can be done with one person but it involved a lot of swearing for me....

The fitment is good but I had to trim the Hood Cowl (I think thats what its called) to get the hood to sit down all the way flush. Its not noticeable unless you pop the hood and look at it.
