Avg wait time for special order T4R?

So last week, I called my carsdirect guy and did not get a response. Two emails went not answered.... So I called and they told me he did not work there any longer.
I called the dealer cars direct used ( I have the agreement in writing) and he said he was willing to work with me without cars direct, same vehicle same price same options. Should be here mid-July.
But ya know, I have a bad taste in my mouth, and I told the rep from Carsdirect when they called back they blew the sale. He apologized and said blah blah blah let us make it up to you. I said no way.
Now the dealer who I am dealing with confirmed the order, color and options but I have the feeling that he leaves a little grease on the chair every time he sits up. What would you guys do. It's a SE with Nav and other options.

I'd probably go with the dealership but I'd be on them all the time! It's good you have stuff in writing.
I have my fingers crossed mine will be here next week. The dealership told me that they would be notified when it was shipped from Japan. Maybe it's time to call them again and see if they heard anything.
