Back Storage Issue

[1998 Runner]

HI

So I got the back passenger side panel from a 2000 limited with the extra large storage panel on it. Getting the seat belt thru this panel was easy I just cut it. I've searched and read many threads for this mod but couldn't find any on how to thread the seat belt thru this panel so it was like it was.

Any suggestions

The plastic is flexible, just push it through.

Wrote this little snippet awhile ago. Really pics 3 and 4 would apply to you. Unbolt seatbelt bolt between seat and door (follow belt, can't miss it). Puzzle it out of the panel hole. Opposite gets it back in.

Replaced rear seat belts with junkyard finds. Easy to do, just a few pics:
One bolt, keys in at 3 places- at top and just above bolt

Had to unbolt the cargo cover holders(3 screws total), the door jamb trim (2 screws), the trim next to the seat (pops off), and the rear cargo panel (pop off enough to reach in). 14mm socket for all 3 bolts, phillips head screws.
