Backspacing and offset

So I've read this thread and am still confused.

Basically, these rims have a positive offset of 28.5mm. So anything with a lower offset would push the tires out further away from the body, such as these:

I'm just curious because I just bought new tires and put them on the stock rims but I want to try and push the tire out a bit and want to get new rims at the same time.

After further research it seems our Toyotas will only accept 139.7mm which is the bolt pattern not backspacing. I"m kind of torn between the 00 offset and and -10 which this website says will be 1" in out further. I can do 1" but not 1.5"

If you are wanting to set the wheels a little further out, just getting a 16x8 will do that if you're comparing the stock wheel. I have found, and read from others, that a 16x8 or 16x8.5 with 4.5" backspacing and -6mm offset is about a perfect combo as you can get. Buy the one you linked...I have that exact wheel (different color) and this is what I got...
