So I've read this thread and am still confused.

Basically, these rims have a positive offset of 28.5mm. So anything with a lower offset would push the tires out further away from the body, such as these:

I'm just curious because I just bought new tires and put them on the stock rims but I want to try and push the tire out a bit and want to get new rims at the same time.
