Well you did start a bumper thread. haha.
this is true.
well, the 31st has passed, and no bumper. its cool, im not in a huge hurry.
I called jeff today, he said the other job ran long, and ended up being more work than first expected. they got all the parts, and were starting my bumper today. he said it should be done by the end of the week.

Are they doing the install as well? Wondering what this is going to cost all day. I'm out of Mukilteo and really like the look of their bumpers.

I will be doing the install. im not sure what he charges to put them on. give him a call, he'll be able to answer any questions you have.
I havent heard anything from him yet. hopefully it will be done sometime this week, so I can go over and pick it up on sunday.

In case anyone is wondering bumper is 600 installed. He also does sliders as well and works with a local powder coat guy. I'm looking at just over a grand all day for a Baja bumper and rock sliders. That is with powder coating. I'm stoked on it however he does have about a 3 week lead time.

good to know on the prices. that's not too bad. the bumper itself is $550.
3 weeks is conservative...
im a couple days short of a month right now...

he said, "we're starting on it today"
which is the same thing he told me on Monday. and I told him that, he apologized and said they got busy with their other job, and something about getting parts back from the mill.
he said it should be done Tuesday or Wednesday. i'll wait for his call, or call again on Friday.
he did apologize several times, and I understood when I ordered that it would be quite a while. as this is his 2nd business, and the main business takes priority.
im glad I wasn't in a big hurry for this thing.

What an absolute bummer... I was going to give him a call but wanted to wait for your post... I guess I'll see about it after you report back.
I like his design, I love the aggressive look and options available, but this kind if sucks.

As he explained to me when I spoke with him about getting mine. Their main business is having an unprecedented amount of work right now. You can't really blame him at all. I think its worth the wait to get a custom bumper at a great price. If you are in a hurry Trail Gear, 4XInnovations, etc. all have stock ready to go at all times. Difference is you won't look any different from the thousands of other guys who are rocking those.

yep, that's my understanding as well.
which, is fine with me, im not in a hurry, and in fact don't even really NEED it until next winter.
but, I would like to get it, and my winch mounted.
