Anyone got pics of 5th gen 4runner bagged, lowered or body dropped 4runners? Post them up. Tried searching but couldn't find any thread. Unless I'm not looking too good.

You couldn't find them because this forum is mostly into using the 4runner as an offroad vehicle- which it was designed for.

You won't find (any?) fans of slammed runners on here!

I'm a fan of both lifted and dropped/slammed cars/trucks that's what a car/truck enthusiast is. Some people have different taste and its all good. I've seen a picture of a black 5th gen limted 4runner that was lowered/body dropped and it looked really nice. Cant seem to find a pic of it anymore though. A lot of people lift there runners and don't intend to drive it offroad, I've seen a lot of them just used mall crawling.

I've seen a black limited 5th gen on instagram and it looks really nice. cant seem to find the pic of it anymore.

Pretty useless sitting on the ground like those posted but Id like to see TRD do a v8 powered 2wd runner lowered with bigger brakes. A competitor to the srt Durango perhaps?

It's really not "all good" though. There is such a thing as bad taste, and a "slammed and bagged" 4runner would represent that well. It's idiotic too, as it completely destroys the functionality of a vehicle whose mission in life is functionality!

IMO it was designed to do everything which is why you see most of them in parking lots and not equipped from the factory with mid travel suspension and roll cages.

Why not mod it how it suites your driving?

I don't care what he does- I had a lowered mini-truck in the 90's and a lowered GTI that I used to Autocross so it doesn't bother me so much.

Do I think the 4Runners look good lowered? Not really, but I was just giving the OP the perspective from most people on this forum.
