BBS FJ Rims on the way - Tire Size Question

Hi:
Picked up a set of the BBS 17" FJ wheels on eBay for $699 shipped. From what I understand digging through the forum there are no interference / rubbing issues with the stock size 265/65/17 tires on a 4th gen with no lift / stock ride height. Anyone know if there are interference issues with 265/70/17?

I have a 2010 SR5 4R, and I was going to buy these exact same wheels. I contacted BBS in Georgia about a year ago, and I was told that these wheels will NOT work on a 2010 + (5th Gen) 4R. Even tho' they are 17", apparantly they won't clear the larger brake calipers. Bummer, I think these wheels look great !

I'm so close to ordering these for my '06 Limited. Are these on your truck yet? Do you have the big Sport/Limited brakes?

I had them installed on the truck last weekend with stock size 265 65 17 BFG Rugged Terrain TA's. Since mine is an SR5 I do not have the larger brakes. GREAT wheels though. Ill have to post pics. I painted the centers black and left the lips silver.

265/70's would have worked just fine on stock suspension. I run them with zero issues.
