Best 3 inch lift?

So I know spacers and new uca's are the easy route for bigger tires and nice little lift.
But also thinking do I want to spend the money once, or do I want to spend the money twice.
I know I'll get alot of responses but what's the best 3" lift for the money?
Spacers?
Toyotech lift? (Boss? Ultimate? 3" lift with bilstien kit?)

Anyone have any other options out there?

2001 3rd gen 4runner sr5 2wd.
Lot of highway use and a little bit of trail offroading

If you want a one stop kit don't forget the Sonoran steel 1.2.

I got a good deal on my icons so I pieced my own kit together, otherwise that would have been the kit I went with.
