Best aftermarket floormat

I have a tan interior SR5 and I've gone through 2 OEM replacement floor mats. I'm looking for something more durable, that fits properly. What do you guys use?

I personally like Husky or Weathertech floor mats, definitely pricey but super durable.

I just installed the Husky and they fit great. I have had them in my 2002 F250 since I bought it and they have not worn out since I put them in.

The tan Husky's color looks good in my 4Runner. Sorry don't have pics. Maybe late I can show you. I have tan interior too in my 1998 4Runner

The reason why we suggest those is because they are proven to be durable, the only other thing I can think of is try to find a newer set of all weather matts Toyota OEM from a 2015 or something along those lines, but I wouldn't know where to direct him exactly.

Do you have one? I have WeatherTechs and they are amazing! Just went for the Universal fit and cut them myself. Interested to see other ideas though (outside WalMart or Part store mats)

I guess it depends on what you're willing to spend, and how long you want them to last...

$10-$30 Universal Trimmable WalMart brand that should last you at least a couple years, or $200 for Weathertech that should last a few years longer.

I understand the 'perfect fit', but in my experience, custom trimmed universal ones can look pretty good if you take your time.

If Maxliner ever makes them for 3rd gens thats what i will buy. They are cheaper than weathertech by $100 when i bought them for my wifes Mazda cx-5.

Weathertech Digital's are the best.. I find the Husky Classics tend to bend at the edges after a while. My 5th gen has the Husky's and they've become misshaped. I've had WT Digitals in my 3rd gen for years now and aside from being dirty, they've kept their shape perfectly.

I to use weather tech floor mats. I like them. Durable for sure. One issue I have is that there are few areas where it's not perfectly formed.

I'm getting front and cargo in black, using that promotion, which someone else here mentioned. Originally, planned to get the mats instead of the laser fit, same price as what I'm getting now, but swear I've never dirtied second row mats before, so didn't want them.

Also, not sure why people get the grey or tan, they have to look dirty a lot of the time.

I would go with weather tech in front and back seat. For cargo, go with husky.

If i were to eye it id say they fit, probably not perfectly but pretty darn close.

I have owned both husky and weathertech. My preference is for Husky which is now in both my gunners.

I really like the Weathertech in my 4runner. They are tan and match my dirt pretty well. Fit perfectly.

I have Husky in my Tundra and don't like them as much. Don't like the lip that sticks up.

I use carpet in the spring-summer-fall & rubber in the winter for the snow/salt.

I had $20 (4) auto-part store rubber that lasted for over 10 years. The only reason I replaced them was that they were dry & faded from the sun.

I've had Husky in the rears for a few years now because I found a great sale. Nice thick lip for catching melting snow but I never have back passengers so they should last forever. The big lip looks to be annoying in the front when getting in & out.

I like the Weather Techs but never had the balls to pull the trigger because of price. I'd rather put the money elsewhere.

I picked up (4) 2016 T4R rubber from the classifieds for $60 & they say, "4Runner" on them. That's a good deal! Sorry Weather Tech!

I'm also using 2016 TRD Pro Carpets, ($40 classifieds) they are sweet!
