Best Clutch

I am going to be replacing my clutch in my 1995 4Runner 3.0L V6 4X4, and I wondering what clutch set you all on here would recommend for my truck. I do plan on doing this job myself and any tricks that you can share with me would be great.

Thanks:thumb3:

You can't go wrong with Centerforce for clutch goodies, but if you're basically stock, most standard replacement clutches from your local store should do fine. Aisin is also probably a high-quality replacement piece--they make many Toyota factory parts. The best advice for this job is PATIENCE--it probably won't be very fun, expecially when you see the limited access of your bellhousing bolts. Take your time, have a friend or two over with you, and make a day of it.

i run centerforce dual force clutches in every manual trans that i have. they are a little spendy, but probably the best upgrade i have made. they can handle a lot of power and abuse. and i know the clutch is no longer a weak link. they are a great idea if you are planning on running larger tires and dont have the $$$ to regear.
