Best CV axle to buy?

Getting a lot of popping out of my front right axle when turning. Boot was torn when I got it some guessing its on its way out. Since it sounds like a few of you guys have bought several of these, what suggestions would you have? I don't need some ubber built model, but I will spend the extra $$$ if the value is there.

Nothing is as strong as an OEM Toyota CV. And I have nothing to back that up by, except that the OE units "seem" to last longer.

AutoZone (or advancedauto? I dont remember) has CVs with a life time guarantee. So if it breaks you just bring it back for another one.

But if you want ones that dont break and can handle whatever you throw at them... get some RCVs. But they are a little pricey...

Manual hubs (If you dont already have them) will help them last longer too if you do mostly 2wd road driving.

I never broke an OEM axle. I returned two of those Autozone axles on warranty, and didn't bother when the third one went. The NAPA axles seem to last the best of the aftermarket stuff, but get an OEM replacement if you can. CVJ will sell you one if you have an OEM core to trade them.

That's a bit of an understatement--the last time I heard, they were around $800-900. OUCH!
