Moog replacements for 99 year is a good option.

I'm gonna disagree with the 99 moog coils. Specifically moog. I had them (80141??) I believe was the part # and within 6 months they were sagging. I have no additional weight on the back either. I went 890s after that.
The photo below shows those same moog coils 6 months in with about 150lbs of gear in the back AND WITH .5 inch spacers on top of them to combat the sagging I was getting. So imagine them another half inch lower.
Other brands might better like ACDelco though

I installed a set of Raybestos coils both front and rear 6 1/2 years ago and they have done great. They were a tad bit stiffer than the OEM specs as I occasionally have very heavy loads of soil or pavers in the back. Having that little extra stiffness keeps it from bottoming out. I bought them from Rockauto.com, which is where you should be looking if you are after inexpensive replacement parts. Best prices and great part selection, they often sell OEM parts as well but you have to know who the OEM manufacturer is (DENSO, NGK, Tokico, etc.). You can OEM parts with 50% or more savings from dealerships that way.

Edit to my above post.
I actually bought 1.5 inch spacers and not .5 inch. Just looked at my ebay order.
So imagine the rear sitting almost 2 inches below what my photos show

Yeah, I'm not a fan of Moog. I've seen people put their springs on their 3g4r and the springs weren't equal length so one side of the vehicle was higher than the other.
Already checked Rock auto. The options are AC Delco, Husky Springs, and some European company called LESJÖFORS.
Anyone have coils from those companies? Doesn't even need to be on a 4runner

Some springs are left/right specific to account for the weight of the gas tank and the lean on the drivers side.
Some spring manufactures (OME) even have trim spacers to fine tune the spring height and lean.

Purchased an '02 with OME 890s and OME nitrogen shocks in the rear some time ago. They just put shims on the front struts and called it good. Never liked the handling and the front alignment sucked. Finally went to OEM style springs from NAPA in back and replaced the front struts entirely. Kept the OME shocks in the rear. Handles much better now and alignment looks good. Don't know what brand. If your truck isn't an urban warrior be prepared to do a lot of cutting and replacing rusty parts. Going to sell the OMEs. They're fine although they have light rust.

I helped a friend install the AC Delco coils on Sunday night. The fronts were BEEFY and a little too thick for the rented spring compressors. Things got a little interesting but we got it in after getting creative. Ride quality is good.
The rears he already had installed and he said that it absorbs the bumps very nicely and liked them. No experience yet on longevity though but with a thicker diameter coil, I can't imagine them wearing out very fast because of that. He paired them with KYB Gas-a-just shocks and coils.
