Best place to get a new factory rear bumper.

My 2000 limited runner has a dent in the center section of the rear bumper. Its driving me nuts. Is there anywhere to get a new painted section? I have found chrome replacements but those wont really look right. Any ideas? I don't want a "fancy" aftermarket bumper. Stock is just fine with me on this one.
