I get all my stuff from olathe toyota, and so does the dealerships around here I beleive (they talk about having to get stuff from kansas city). Costs a few bucks extra sometimes but they are quickest and best service in my experience.

I dont entirely trust amazon for legit oem.

This looks like an interesting part, but I can't find it from any of the Toyota parts sites. Tried Sequoia, Tundra and various years of the 4rnr. Anyone have a part number or an exact vehicle that has these?

They come one guard per part number. You'll need two.
