Hi everyone,
I am getting a lot of light dimming in my 99 limited now that I installed a higher powered headunit. If my headlights are on as well as a blinker, I can visibly watch the climate control lights fade in and out. I have wired an amp to my battery as well as a cb radio, but before this headunit I had minimal dimming, barely noticeable. Would it be worthwhile to invest in a bigger battery? I was thinking Interstate (MT7-75DT). The idle was pretty rough before, but now it is better.
I am pretty bamboozled and do not know what to do. Any opinions or thoughts? It may be the wiring, but it would only be iffy grounds at best which I double checked. I also do plan on adding some extra lights eventually (fog lights, lightbar, etc..). Thanks!
