Bigger tires don't know what size

I'm looking into getting 30 to 35 for my 1995 4runner Sr5 but I do not want to cut my fenders and I do not have any lift on my truck, and I don't have the money to get a life

So my question is, what is the biggest size tire I can buy without having a lift or cutting my fenders?

33/10.5s will fit with some minor hammering on your inner fenders

I'm running 33x10.5s with ZERO modifications, no rubbing.
