Biggest Wheels and tires I can run

Have a 98 4 runner and need to put new tires on it. I notice there are a lot of wheel and tire packages on CL for the same price as just buying new tires. Currently have 275/70 R16

Could I run bigger wheels and tires without a lift like these

Toyota Wheels Rims and Tires
Used Oem Wheels and Tires for Toyota Tundra
Toyota Tacoma 16 inch aluminum wheel rim with Trd Bfg bfgoodrich

The first ones will fit ok, but those tires are pretty crappy, just look at what the 5th gen guys think of them, the second ones are the wrong bolt pattern and the 3rd ones have way too much backspacing for the 3rd gen.
