Time to get back at it....spent a few days up north ice fishing and having fun in the snow. Pissed me off that the Sequoia isn’t ready, so I’ll be all over this thing after work this week, and this upcoming weekend. Working on being ready to roll by next week.

Well, got wrapped up with phase 1, took it out on a short shake-down cruise.
Wrapped up with phase 1 by doing the center diff lock mod, anytime mod for rear camera, VSC/TRAC cancel mod.
Some shots of the trail cruise...
I have since mounted my hi-lift onto the roof basket, all of the rotopax cases into the basket, traction boards into the basket, and tools into the basket. Still have half of the basket left for trip gear, and the inside is wide open as well. Definitely enjoying the bigger rig, noticeably bigger and extra space!

Can you enlighten me on the center diff lock mod? I did a search but I can't find out what the mod does.

The first two years of the 1st Gen Sequoias didn’t have a manual center diff lock. The only way the center diff would lock was if the xfer case was in low, and the transmission was in 1st gear. The diff lock mod simply adds a manual switch/relay combination to ground one lead and power another....boom, center diff lock any time the switch is pressed.
I used this feature all the time on my 03 4R V8, made that little shit a tank!

Thanks! It’s about to get its first real test, my annual bird hunting trip up in the NMW, we head up there in a few weeks. A week of trails, crawling, good times.
That said, I am wrapping up the swing arm tweaks today, hope to get a coat (or two) of paint on by the end of the day.
