Bilstein 5160's on a 2011 Trail question

Howdy,
Quick question for anyone running these on their TE regarding the mounting of the shock reservoir bracket.

Now in the instructions that come from Bilstein it says that you use the holes already in place on your frame. Per the tech at my local Toyota dealership who is installing them he says on the Trail the hole isn't threaded like it says in the install instructions.

Anyone else run into this?? He said he could drill a new hole and install something can't recall what he called it. Anyway, just wondering if anyone else had this on their Trail

Thanks - I did see those as an option when I ordered. Maybe I'll try those as a future option/upgrade.
