Black Burlwood Grain Dash Kit

Hi All,

Anybody dealt with Sherwood Dash?. They seem to have the pieces that I want. According to their web site, their product seems to be top notch.

FYI: The picture that I am attaching to this post, I found on the Sherwood website, but also saw an ebay seller using it. I don't know if that neccesarily means his kit is Sherwood. Just giving you this info in case your are shopping for the best price.

I don't have photos of my limited interior yet, so I am using Noloc's pics to indicate some of the pieces I am going to add brushed aluminum or stainless trim to. There is only one other spot on the doors that is this same silver color that I want to replace with metal, but I don't have a pic of that yet.

The ebay seller, fivestarperformance, is sending me a sample 3"x2" piece of the brushed aluminum today. I'll let you all know my impression when I get it. He said "we have these kits manufactured for us by a local company", so I thought maybe we could get smaller kits. Unfortunately he can't take much off the price for smaller kits. He also said they might have a website up in December.

It would be nice if everyone could only post here about dash trim kits, but is probably pretty unlikely because this thread doesn't have a generic title like "Dash Trim Kits" and because of the redundancy that seems to be common in any forum. Maybe someone can rename it. If more people start using this thread, then I or someone should copy the referenced pictures here for easy viewing.

Sherwood is located in Burlington, ON, Canada. I was there. The kits are really good, plus they are approved by Toyota, so I ordered one for myself.

My dad has Jason's kit in his QX56, and i just got the carbon fiber in mine. I haven't seen any kit that compares to this. My friends have tried many different ones, but they don't look as nice in person.

Do the kits hold up to fading?

We do offer a "Lifetime" warranty that I do stand behind 100% (fading/cracking, etc). Others may offer this, but when a problem arrises, they aren't always "there".
