Black Friday 2019 Mega Thread

They make their own sliders that I am interested in.

If you're set on the OPOR sliders, I would say wait until black friday to buy. That way if MT or another vendor drops for Cyber Monday you can get discounted. MT usually don't do extension for cyber monday, but in ecomm world this is picking up fast.

I got suspension parts through them several years ago, at 25% off, and saved hundreds on their black friday deal.

maybe. I look at other brand sliders as well.

Personal opinion, but you want something beefy look at BAMF. The 5th gen sliders hug the whole frame rail.

Also, excellent field testing: BAMF sliders 1 : Toyota Corolla 0 - Toyota 4Runner Forum - Largest 4Runner Forum

I am just looking around and I could find a good deal. "Shorty" people complaints that they have trouble to get in my 4runner.
Few years ago, one of my factory slide was damaged as bent when I sunk into the small icy hole on a trail. I like the look of metaltech (Metal Tech 4x4 4Runner Trail Edition Sliders) and by the way, I have corolla just like the pic and it still runs.

Thanks for sharing this! I live only 15 minutes away from the shop - never knew they existed until now.

I'm in the market for custom splash guards after I install the McQueen fenders.

Absolutely. I asked him about the fender liners as well, and he said he needs a test vehicle in the shop, so PLEASE contact him for all of us

Haha, just don't run into any BAMF sliders and it'll keep going. I've been in many a fine aged corolla all over the world and they're the tanks of most countries.

offroadtents.com is doing 10% off all racks for the month of November.

10% OFF all racks and bed racks
Thule, Rhino-Rack, Front Runner, Leitner, Prinsu, whatever rack, bed rack or cross-bars, they're 10% off, No tax and free shipping (if they're over $300).

At checkout, use code: RACKS10

Yeah, they're in the shopping cart but I'm still looking around for free shipping. Its $36 shipping for me.

I typically find free shipping on parts, but I guess today I’ll have to pay to play.

They're not Amazon or 4wheelparts. RCI is a small fab company and they don't move enough volume to offer free shipping. If you've ever tried to ship armor or any kind it's heavy, large and expensive. $36 is a good deal for shipping for a skid plate. For reference, Budbuilts black friday deal is free shipping just to give you an idea how expensive it is for fab shops to ship things.

Not bad on the prinsu. Especially since CBI charges for shipping.

Definitely! I'm installing some McQueen fenders in the next month or so - I'll be needing something custom done afterwards.

Anything specific you are looking from them? I can use mine for a test vehicle before and after I suppose.

I was hoping to cover up the huge gaping hole right near my intake hahaha

But really, I'll probably end up with a snorkel. I'd still like to seal up that area as best as possible on both sides.

This, exactly. My RSG sliders cost $125 to get to me, so even after the "T4R100 " coupon code for $100 off, I was still paying another $25 for shipping.
