Black housing projectors with HID's

None yet, but i will try to get some when i have time.
I am going to build another set, so im selling my current black housing projectors for $450 shipped no core return required. They are not perfect but 95% to my satisfaction. These are bolt on, buyer will just need to purchase an HID kit...

Not bad.
But to clarify which projectors you used was it the Morimoto mini H1 projectors? I'm going to assume so since you have the gatling gun shrouds correct

Your right it does, but only in the pics. These are 5000k and color is white as can be...not even the faintest hint of blue. Pics were also taken after they were fully warmed up. I dont know why the camera makes them look blue.:shrug:

Unfortunately the Sabersport headlights come casted that way from the factory, with the bulb slightly rotated. I didnt realize this at first as it is very subtle.
Doesnt seem to affect light output on the road much...just doesnt look as good on the wall. Luckily most of night driving isnt in front of a wall.
I just got done doing this retrofit with FX-R projectors, 99+ headlights, Philips 4300k bulbs and new Toyota denso ballasts. This was one tedious project, but the light output versus the stock 97 headlights is incredible. I will need to take some pictures of the setup sometime.

the headlight is not the issue bro it is the way you installed the Projectors in. the headlights have nothing to do with them. i have retrofit with Sabersports headlights before many times.

Let me explain further and see if this makes more sense...
There is a flange with 3 prongs in a triangular configuration(just like the stock bulb) that comes with the projector housings. This plus the nut is what holds in the projector on the back. The assembly is held secure to the inside of the actual headlight housing by tension.
The (male)3 ring flange can only go into the (female)part one way based on the way it(the female part on the headlight assembly) was casted from the factory. You cannot twist or turn it for adjustment. Becuase it was built rotated or "off" from the factory so are the projectors...notice from the light pattern how both are "off" at the exact same angle, i couldnt have got it that way if i tried.
Now maybe i am the only one to ever receive a set of the sabersport headlights that were made this way, but its what i had to work with. The only possible way to fix this would be to rotate the projector housings to their correct position to where the cutoff was "level", and that would require modification to the headlight assemblies. Hopefully this makes a bit more sense.

I have reduced the price to $199. I paid $150 for the projectors and $160 for the headlight housings. The high temp paint, silicone, and epoxy was another $25-30 or so. Countelss hours and stains from silicone, paint, epoxy on the floor are priceless, lol.:wink2:
I think the level cutoff of the beam pattern is being way over played. The light output is nothing short of amazing even if it is a bit off. For $199 these are a steal in my opinion.
Just remember if you purchase sabersports in the future be sure to visually check the back where the bulb fits into and make sure it looks correct.

Thats my setup. Tons of research netted this to be one of, if not the best setups possible. FX-R bixenon projectors with tsx lens.
what lens did you use with your FX-R's?
I bought the projectors from the retrofit source. They apparently make the projectors based off the FX design, but with more retrofit friendly features. They stated it had clear lens already on them. I used e46-r extended shrouds and kept the housings chrome so it looks factory. The only trouble I ran into was to mount the projector cleanly since the housing was chrome I needed to mount the projector as far back as possible. I ended up dremeling the entire lamp housing out of the stock headlamp housing.
