Black JDM taillights on ebay... good price?

What do you think of these... ? Is this the elusive "knock off" taillights that everyone has been waiting for??? I know it says gunmetal, but they come in that, black, and chrome...

Burtman sells them for about the same price and you'll probably save money on shipping. I'm not sure if he has gun metal, but definitely he has black.

also that is the guy that we bought from on the Group buy.
