Blizzard Pear w/Tan SR5 (Cloth or Leather)

I'm in the market for a new SR5, Blizzard Pearl with Tan interior. I would prefer leather, but seems like its tough to come by on an SR5, so will settle for cloth, but I'm also having a tough time finding any with the Tan interior.

For the blizzard/tan owners out there, was it a tough interior color to find? Im sure it also varies by region (I'm in Southern Cali)

I was the opposite - I wanted black leather interior. In my search there were 4 blizzard pearl SR5s in the area with tan interior and one black with entune and a protection package. That dealer wouldn't agree to my price so I went through another that snagged one from the port.

You can always go with dealer-installed (or sometimes port-installed) leather if it's that important. It's usually about a grand. Good luck!

As far as I know, leather was never a factory option (I'm sure someone will gladly correct me here) on the SR5. Finding tan is one thing, getting leather in an SR5 is another. Leather was a deal breaker for me when I picked up my SR5 and I did not want a limited. Dealer installed katzkin covers, which are awesome btw, and the deal was done. I would definitely recommend them if leather is important to you.

It's included in the premium package... which if you are going that route you might at well get the Limited imo.

They started it in 10' with the 5th with the premium package (on the SR5). I looked at used 4ths back then but wanted the leather so was limited to the limited. I was so happy they released the SR5 with the leather as I had no need to spend the extra on the LE then, but got the factory leather. Sure, anything can be added later, but easier when it comes 'stock'.

FYI: SR5 and premium package with leather is region specific. Some Toyota sale regions(e.g. central atlantic.) do not have them in stock.

Dealer here says none are available in the region (Blizzard with Tan cloth). I may just need to give it some time for one to come up.

When I use the vehicle locator on Toyotas website none come up either (All that comes up are limiteds with tan leather, no SR5s)

You can always go aftermarket. I think most dealers have a place where they bring their cars to for interior work. At leatsd mine did..

This was one of the few requirements that I had for my SR5. We searched within a 250 mile radius of where we live and the only one with leather was 2 hrs away from us. So we drove it and got it. Glad we did.

I have BP with sand leather. Wanted seat heaters which I use daily this time of year. Like the combo. I also got tan floor liners and stored the black mats.

I had a 2010 Limited Blizzrd pearl with tan leather, and after a year the leather on the entry side of the drivers seat started to crack.

I agree with dsir56 on the leather seat issue as well. WHen I was shopping for my SR5, the dealer had a 2010 they were trying to sell me that had 10k miles on it and the leather seats looked terrible. The sides were wrinkling in (seems like padding wore off). Anyways, I decided to go with cloth on my vehicle.
