Blown Head Gasket 95 3.0

I could afford to get mine replaced at a shop so I am digging in to this with an online Chilton and You tube. I am to the top of the engine where all of the vac lines, throttle, air, etc and I am getting freaked out. Where do you start on that bird nest? If anyone can advise I am open to hearing from you.
I did find the "complete kit" with bolts gaskets and all and hope it is good as it is aftermarket. I am new here so please bear with me if I am not using the forum just right.

Start by taking lots of pictures, from every angle. Then get some tape and a sharpie or something and start tagging the vacuum hoses and electrical connections as you disconnect them. Put all your bolts and nuts into different ziploc baggies and write on the baggie where they came from. If you keep track of everything this way, you'll have no problem just following the directions in the Chilton and you won't get lost.

It's big and scary when you haven't done it before, but it's just turning bolts. Go step by step and you'll be fine. Good luck!
