Blue indicator light on windshield

New to this forum. Just curious on the blue indicator light on my windshield of my 2014 4runner SR5. I had toyota put in an alarm addition to whatever it already came with if it had one at all. There's a blue light that turns on my windshield as soon as I take the key out of the ignition. Is this a deterrent that's connected to my alarm system? I noticed that it's a constant blue light immediately after I take the key out of the ignition. It doesn't flash at all like I've seen other blue lights in cars with alarms, is it supposed to constantly flash? I've noticed that after several hours I would come back and this light is neither constant or flashing. Not sure if that means it's defective or that's how it is. Not sure how much a deterrent it could be if the light just shuts off after some time. PLEASE HELP. Thank you all in advance

I'm not aware of any lights in the windshield, but could it be a reflection of the miniature blue LED that's located in the ceiling panel near the moonroof controls? It shines straight down on the console and stays on for a while after the ignition is turned off.

Ask the dealer that installed it. It isn't stock, so no one here is likely to be familiar with it.
