I am trying to find a phone that will Pair with my handsfree in my 2010 4runner. Can someone help me find a link. When I go to Toyota's website it give me a link to Let's Talk. No help there. Thanks a bunch.

The features it utilizes are pretty standard to any phone w/ bluetooth capabilities. Some phones might be able to actually transfer their phone book, but I'm not 100% as I have an iPhone and I know for a fact, the iPhone will not transfer phonebooks. It works great though for the audio and phone calls.

Won't Pair
I have a Samsung Intensity and it WILL NOT pair. I remember when I bought my 4runner looking into it and Toyota had a list of compatible phones. My phone was not on there. I am purchasing a new phone and just wanna be sure it will be compatible. Could anyone that uses theirs on a 4runner with OUT nav., please list the phone they are using. Thanks.

I don't know how much has changed between '10 and '11 model years, but I do know my wife transferred her phone book to our '11 Limited without Nav, from an iPhone 3.

My Samsung Focus pairs but will not transfer the phonebook and cuts the audio out when I get a text, like it wants to read it to me, it doesn't though it goes to speech to text mode so I can respond easily. Does the phonebook need the phone or is it saved to the system, wife has an iphone 3gs, might see if I can get her phonebook saved to the system if so.

I am using the I phone 4 on my 2011 without nav, I can't believe only certain phones work. I would be pissed if I had hands free but my phone wasn't good enough.

Not all Bluetooth phones are created equal. Try these websites, they show phone compatibility and instructions for connecting (w/ and w/o navigation)...

I would be surprised that any bluetooth phone would not work....

Can someone help me get my bluetooth audip connected with my iphone 4? I have a '10 with navi, and have followed all the instructions in the video yet no connection. I just sits on the screen that says "Connecting...". I've gotten the phone connected with no problem, but I cant get the bluetooth audio. What am I missing? In the video below it auto connects, in another it prompts you to end the pin. I get neither. Any help?

On the non-navi there is an option for BT phone or BT phone and audio when you set up. Running a setup for streaming audio will also setup your BT phone connection. I did mine using the available voice commands, just listen to the nice lady and options you have when you hit the "pick up receiver" button. If all else fails, clear the system and revert to the manual.
