sounds good , how much higher will it sit if i were to just change all of the springs to the 99 springs? would it be worth it ?

It was worth it for me, but this is my daily driver and I wanted to restore the factory ride quality while getting some appearance benefit.

Not sure if you're 2wd or 4wd, but this is the difference in my '02 2wd with (new) 99 tall springs (went with the SS 3.0 kit front and rear). 4wd won't get as much lift, and the rear required spacers for it to sit like this (included in the "kit"). Was quoted it would be about 2 5/8" and that was accurate. everything else is stock:

Great starting point! I like the color, not many like those around!

I honestly think your bumpers look fine chrome. If you really want to get rid of the chrome, why not just paint the bumper body color?

IMO, Bedliner is meant for one thing.....Truck Beds. But do what you want with it man....it's your truck!

i was actually just about to hit it with some spray bedliner this week , think i should do the whole underneath?

If you can, go for it. Be sure to prep and sand well.

Good day, I just joined and have a 96 blurple, following the threads and looking to do some mods, the previous owner plastidipped the rims. This is how grimace sits today with maintenance all caught up.
