bogging down!!!! help please!!!

ok so i swapped in my other 22re motor and got everything ready to go. i drove it almost 100 miles today and i when i went to go to the store i started it and it seams bogged down untill about 2000rpm then its fine, it happens when i shift through the gears to... there is also whiteish smoke coming out the pipe in the rear.

i think it could be the fuel pump. i have been driving really hard to see how the motor would take it. but idk if that explains the smoke.... this is my daily driver so i need to figure this out fast.

if the smoke smells like raw fuel you most likely have an injector that's sticking open, or leaking. did you switch ecu's? if thats the case i'd be leary of driving it too far, it will eat your cat very quickly. give us a little more detail so we can come up with some suggestions for diagnostics

White smoke typically means you are burning coolant, gray smoke means burning oil, and black means running rich.

ok well i figured out its running rich. no water or oil. i think its the fuel pump. i can switch ecus and see what happens

checked the the egr valve and thats brand new!
checked the fuel pressure regulaters and the lines are dry.
pulled the pipe down to see if the cat or muffler was stuffed up and they wernt.

i think the motor isnt getting enough fuel "fuel pump going out?"
fuel filter is brand new.

idk what else to check. any ideas???
