Bought a 97 limited, now what?

OK, just bought a 97 4wd limited two-tone dune and silver, 215K on it. I didn't pay hardly anything for it. It has a couple issues: Checked it out, and then tried the A/C. I didn't expect A/C for what I paid, but when I looked closer I seen the A/C belt, or atleast like a foot of it, laying in by the bottom of the radiator. It wasthe same color as the rest of the dirty parts down in ther, and looked weather checked and like it had snapped. The pulleys have water stain on them where it goes. So, I'm thinking that I'm in for a compressor, belt, and charge.. I don't know yet. I'm still 300 miles from the house. I will get this done this week. I also, got the bad power antenna, and missing key Fobs.. I ordered two new fobs, and an antenna. I plan to lift it 3 inches with a 1 inch diff drop, upgrade to 33 inch tires.. Any recommendations for near stock ride, but able to handle driving down a highline, or logging road. I also, plan the new longer shocks and new bushing throughout the undercarriage. If anyone knows where to buy a whole kit for the bushing, and a parts list for the tundra brake upgrade, I would greatly appreciate it. and of course, getting it aligned after the lift, tire, bushings and brake work. Any other necessary things I need to get done, would also be greatly appreciate it. Pictures attached..

Thanks. I went through it really good before lifting it. The front was all done, but the springs (even though they are still strong) and the tierod ends. Those are egtting done this friday.
Now I just have to find the time to get the stereo in.. it will be a whole day atleast. SOme where in the 12 to 14 hours of install... It will be mostly hidden, 10 channel surround, two cerwin vega amps, Composite cerwin vega 6.5 inch in the front doors, 4 inch 2-way bostons under the dash, 6.5 inch bostons in the back doors, a set of 5.25 in polk audio 2-ways mounted in the sides of 2x10 inch kicker comp box at an upward angle in a box of their own. All the full ranger speakers will have indoor boxes, with foam. The subs will be facing backward to keep them from punching the passengers in the kidneys.. Not a lot of power 50 watts per full range channel, and 250 watts per bass channel.. Should be pretty decent with the full vga, USB, Blue tooth input. Bluetooth hands free, XM/Sirius, and back up cam.. The head unit is a 2din screen with apps and all by pioneer.. should be good clean, full sound.. I hope.

Just a quick tip, you may want to think about ditching the Dash speakers and speakers in the box, they will pull your sound stage down to the floor, are you using separate tweeters? if so you are best off running them on a separate channels alone and making them a bit louder than the rest, that will fill out the sound nicely and keep your sound stage towards the top of the cabin.

I found a used set on the cheap. I intend to put on some 285/75/16 when I'm in a little more money. I added the grill Guard, and I have some off road lights on the way..

I'll see how the sound system goes the way, I'm planning it. I have done several systems that are good quality sound. I'm not one for excess bass, and such. I want my 4runner to sound like a fine HiFi system. If the system sucks, I'll change/tweek it until it's right, but I'm pretty sure I'll have a good start. I'm designing the system like the one in my old 95 that perfect.. I should have pulled it before I sold it.
