Bought Icon lift. Now what?

Hey guys so I've owned my 4runner since October 2012 and I have a little over 6100 miles on my black beauty. I purchased a icon stage 2 lift with icon uniball UCAs from metaltech4x4 (I went with them since they had a sale with free shipping and no sales tax! They are a great group of guys and would recommend them to anyone). The lift is to be delivered tomorrow 3/25/13. So my plan is to do the install at my friends shop. Hes already done a toytec lift on a 2006 tacoma and a spacer lift on a different 2006 tacoma. My question is how much different is the install procedure since I have a TE with KDSS?

Anyone? Can anyone point me in the right direction? Forward me to a post where there's pictures of installation procedures for a TE with KDSS? Anything?

There's at least a few posts with some helpful information, but after reviewing tons of links and posts, I decided to let SoCal Supertrucks (Riverside, CA) do it. Since i purchased the kit from them, they charged 185 for install and alignment. They also re-torque and check the kit after about 1000 miles. I heard Outlaw does free installs if you buy from them, but found out too late.

Man! That sounds like a super good deal!! I was going to give my friend $150 for installing it with me helping to some extent.

I can't wait to see the results. I'm looking at getting the same lift for mine. Any ideas yet on wheels and tires? Upgrading brakes too?:usa2:

I'm gonna run stock wheels and tires for a while since the lift took a good chunk from my pocket. But I have been looking at wheels... I'm probably going to go with FUEL wheels with either 285/70/17 duratracs or coopers. As for brakes I don't think I really need to upgrade them, I believe they're good enough already.

I just called SoCal supertrucks, they want $425 for installation and alignment.

Yeah, they only offer that deal if you purchase the kit from them. Ive installed lifts on my Ram, F150 and Titan and I have learned to appreciate the amount of work it takes to complete an install, so if I can afford to spend $185 and read a book for a couple of hours, I'm all over it. $150 to your friend sounds pretty good!!
