Brake Knocking Problem

Hey all, I just replaced all rotors and pads with Powerstop drilled/slotted rotors and pads. Took her out to test yesterday, drove 7 miles with no problem...fast forward to this morning and after a few miles a knocking sound starts that I can tell is happening once per rotation of the tire and I think its coming from the front passenger side. I confirmed that everything is torqued down properly so loose bolts isn't the problem. Any suggestions on what to look for? Planning on taking them apart this evening to try and figure it out. 5th Gen SR5.

Maybe a loose pad in one of the calipers. Make sure your caliper pistons and sliding hardware are clean and smooth to allow everything to slide in or out during pad wear ect. Make sure you dont have a stuck piston either.
Hopefully you bed in the new pad and rotor combo and put your rig to bed with hot pads and rotors which will cause your new parts to warp, thus making a bad sound or feeling.
