Brakes

I would like some help on choosing new brakes and pads for my 2003 V6 Toyota 4runner limited 4X2.

I have the Bridgeston AT Revo's on the 4runner and mostly my wife drives the 4runner. We really don't do much off roading, do like to take it camping though. We are moving to Houston in a week and I would really like some nice brakes for the heavy traffic and most of all to keep my family as safe as possible. Does brembo make brakes for the 4runner?

Anyways, I would really appreciate the help. Thanks.

As far as the Brembos go, you'll be able to find the rear discs no problem. The fronts are a different story. For some reason I couldn't find anyone that carried Brembo discs for the front. There are some good ones out there though. I finally got tired of looking and just went to Advance and got the Bendix rotors for the front. They seem to be doing alright. As far as pads I just stayed with the Toyota pads.

Hmmm, Brembo on a 4runner, never thought of that. I think the stock brakes/pads work perdy good. You got me interested. I will do some digging to see what I can find too.

Houston traffic (depending on where you are in houston) is a lot of fun!!! not!!!

I'm going to be getting Hawk pads and Frozen rotors soon. I have all the part numbers set up, just need the money. Ill look for the sheet that I had with all the info on it.
