Very cool! What are your first impressions? I found the Kings were much smoother than the Billies, but they made me more aware how much attention my rear end needs.

No pictures of the testle? Did you hike from Jacumba down or from the desert up? There are some cool abandoned train cars close to Jacumba.

I was told by King when I called and talked to their rep that they didn't have a bolt in C/O for our rigs. I am interested in hearing your thoughts on them. I am in the market for new ones myself, and was leaning to King, but when I called thats what I was told.

It's the same part number as a 99 Tacoma 4WD. They do fit as-is on a 4Runner.

These are really smooth. I had the Billies up one extra notch due to my added front weight. They were always a bit (but not that much) still. These so far are great for easy riding. I have no intention to ever catch air or run them very hard but from what I've read they are quite capable.

I picked them up for $950 plus tax & install from the Truck Shop in San Diego. There is also going to be a 15% group buy restarting in that section soon.

Great pics Brian, especially those involving old RxR tracks. My great grandfather built trestles and bridges for the railroad in Virginia and North Carolina in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Great ingenuity and engineering during that time, just limited by the resources they had to work with.

So far they ride great in the city. I did have them on when I went out to the railroad tracks a few weeks ago but the wheeling was really light. I haven't put them through everything yet. I am planning a family trip this weekend out to the desert. I should have more of an idea (and some new pics) afterwards. The Kings seem to handle the weight fine and I could always crank them up a bit if needed. Currently they are at the suggested default setting.

You always take the best pics when you're out. Hope you realize, pics like this pushes people to leave their couch and see what history and Mother Nature has given us.

I look forward to hearing your review after you get them out and put them through their paces. You always have a comprehensive opinion, and I drive my rig much in the same way you do yours. So I like hearing what you have to say. I'm sitting on the fence of those, the icons, or the radflo 2.5 adjustables. So I look forward to your next trip.

Canyonlands National Park is one of the coolest places I've ever visited. I can't wait to get back to out to Utah.

I am very lucky to have been nominated by work to join a team building event at the Porsche Experience Center in Los Angeles.

F$#cking Amazing Experience!!!!!!

90 minutes total
* 45 min in a 718 Porsche Boxter S
* 45 mins in Porsche 911 Carerra S

There is no prep or sit down safety course. All instructions are on the controlled track with a dedicated instructor in the passengers seat.

On my best lap I hit 117 on the straightaway portion of the track!

The 917 restaraunt upstairs is also really good. We had burgers.

Great pics Brian!! Holy cow that looked like fun. Have you run any sort of EVOC or racetrack stuff before? I had an opportunity to run an EVOC course at the State Patrol academy. It was a weird feeling taking turns that fast or hitting the gas to keep the weight on the rear wheels in order to complete emergency lane changes. That looked like you had a blast.

It was my first time ever driving that type of vehicle and my first time on a track. Unfortunately they don't allow any filming in car. The place is insanely professional but also very strict.

I had a boxtster s (3.4L) for about 4 years, best handling vehicle ever, very forgiving at speed/turns, don't want to mention how fast I could get it up to on early sunday drives....over-engineered but oh so fun to drive!! :cowboy:
