Well this is how. Get yourself a little tube of silicone glue. Not super expensive and easy to find.

A pair a vice grips and you can slice off the excess once it drys. Bingo. The component is back on its mount.

I used zip ties to hold that valve assembly.

Zip ties will work just as well. I use that glue silicone for a pile of applications.

I was hoping the user would learn from mistakes. I guess I was hoping too much.

Well you have a few options Here. You can replace with new or used one.

Which still isnt going create an issue as your nuts and studs the nuts are really rusty and would most likely snapped if removed.

So what I did was clean the threads up with a tap. M6 x 1.0. Then place washers over the rusted bolt.l with one washer to tighten down with a new nut.

Cleaned it up and painted with high temp paint.

Tetanus 1 needed a patch on the frame. This is what the bottom and inside rail looked like.

So I cut the bottom out and descaler the inside. No picture descaled it seem. As you can see this spot wasnt a complete disaster.

Then welded the plates in the inside and sealed the frame back up. It also looks like I didnt take a photo of other side of the frame rail. I did this a week or so ago. Over a weekend.

Yes Brillo broke down and bought a plasma cutter. I should have bought one a few years ago as they really do speed up cutting steel. So much less damage then torches and loving every minute of using it.

It makes a much cleaner cut. I used one on the 86 CJ7

Been wanting one of these, what brand/model did you get? Have you tested it to see if it really can cut the advertised thickness?
